Day 54: Fairie
This is far from my usual style but I have to say I really enjoyed doing this. I also cant wait to show it to my little fairie when she wakes up in the morning.
Composite Images
ISO 320 f/4 1/25 – Tree
ISO 800 f4.5 1/40 – Isobel
This was taken with a composite image specifically in mind so don’t mind the bad background.
It is my first composite image attempt and I am really pleased with myself as to how it turned out. CC welcome 🙂

My beautiful girl who loves to dress up.
I was inspired to do this after a forum I follow had another photographer attempting a glitter image and I had seen glitter blowing used on Pintrest and thought that I might give it a go with my girl who loves anything girlie and magical. She choose her costume deciding on Snow White and I got the excuse to purchase some glitter overlays from Etsy (PhotosUnleashed) which I have had fun using on this image and am sure I will use again on some client images.
ISO 200 f/8 1/200 sec
The lens flare is real and half the glitter is and the other half is courtesy of the glitter overlay.

Day 20: Friendship
This is one I took on Sunday of Isobel and her friend Amelia at Hobsonville Point running along to the playground. I seem to be quite taken by all the winter trees at the moment. Today I uploaded these and processed this one for 100 Days Project as I am home today (supposed to be) working (not uploading stuff to 100 days!) and have a sick 7 year old. Right back to the portrait processing that I was supposed to be doing.
ISO 200 f/14 1/160 sec For this one I used a preset called 1975 I love the 70’s look for this and the added contrast.
